Being that it is that time of year again and I workout in my garage, I have developed a way to make it slightly more enjoyable. I keep my barbells inside (the house) when they aren't being used. This was the result of a workout this weekend where I was working out with a barbell that had been left in the garage overnight when it got down to 11 degrees. I used my laser thermometer and found that the temperature of my barbell (that I was struggling to hold in my hands) was 30 Degrees (don't lick that thing! ). Today's workout was much more enjoyable. Holding that warm barbell was almost as great as peeing in a cold swimming pool fantastic. Just wanted to pass this along in hopes that it may help someone else.

That's funny. 8) Yeah, last weeks OHS and passive hangs in my WU were awful since the CF room is basically a garage and the bars were freezing.
