WU: none Strength: Squats 5x5@260,270,280,290,305 TT=9'02" Conditioning: 5RFT: 12 box jump overs, 24 squats, 12 TTB TT=8'24" Notes: tough workout...Hit it fast and hard. Had first soccer game. We won 12-0. My 7yo scored 7 goals. More importantly, my team completed 85% of their passes.

Nice work. That's a ton of heavy squats in that amount of time. The conditioning looked tough too. Good job to your soccer team!
