Comments: Still dragging. Might be the pollen and a sh!tty night of sleep last night. Not sure if any records will be broken today as I'm still pretty smoked from yesterday. Usually I would take a day off between these workouts, but not this week.
Bench: I'm in disbelief right now... Two rep PR's on bench after doing all of that work last night. Unreal! I'll take it!
Rows: Another PR here, but as I mentioned last week, this is a new lift for me. Hopefully the progress continues...
Accessory: This was nice and solid. Good combinations of movements and definitely got a good pump. About to forget about said pump though...
Metcon: Wasn't really feeling the whole Murph, so just did half. I partitioned the pull-ups, push-ups and squats into 10 sets of 5, 10 & 15 respectively. Pouring sweat now. This time was right in line with my full Murph time of about 31 minutes. Good stuff...
