Mesocycle 16. Week 2. Session 4.
Conditioning: Distance Run, Outdoor, Paved and Trail 10K (6.22 Miles), 54:00, 8:40 Pace, 853 Calories, 211 Feet Elevation Gain
Comments: Slept pretty well the last few nights and felt relatively good this morning, despite my fourth 50+ hour week in a row and some RL stress. It was a sunny, cool morning at about 55 degrees, so I decided to go a little longer today. Overall, good run. My legs felt pretty good and I just tried to settle into a rhythm and keep going. I tried not to think about anything except what I could see right in front of me. That's a pretty good pace for that distance (for me), so I'm pleased. Hope you all have a great day!

That's a great pace for a 10k! Awesome! We had soccer games from 9-1pm and then my oldest son had his ninth birthday party here at the house. We had fun, but it was busy. Of course, family and friends stayed late, etc.
