Strong work all around. It was a rest day here. I've got a hard labor day tomorrow and then a 3 day Easter weekend. Looking forward to that. Planning to hit Bench/Rows/Metcon/Yardio on Good Friday and then a run on Saturday. Hope you have a good night.
