Mesocycle 16. Week 3. Session 4.
Conditioning: Distance Run, Outdoor, Paved & Trail 5.02 Miles, 42:55, 8:32 Pace, 690 Calories
Comments: Good run this morning. It had just rained so the pollen was low as well as the temperature. I ended up only eating a salad last night too after yesterday's workout and 3 hours of yardio. Should be losing some weight. LOL. Lots of yardio left to do today too so the weight loss should continue. That's it for week 3. Going to do a variation week next week to take a break from the usual programming and mix it up. Hope you all have a great Easter weekend!

Hope you all have a great Easter weekend! Good run. Glad that it was a pleasant morning. We were at the soccer fields from 930 til 2pm. Both teams annihilated the competition. I'm at the point where I have to tell my kids that they have to pass the ball and that we can only win by one goal, which is a good thing.
