Lap swim 1600m TT=32'34" Notes: this was a "kick, pull, swim" sequence. Kick using a kick board, pull with a pull buoy on the ankles then a freestyle lap. Felt good, but definitely a workout.

Awesome looking swim session. Sounds like a hell of a workout.
Long work day for me yesterday so no training. Worked for 10 hours at a demanding job site. I estimate that I climbed (and descended) over 100 flights of stairs, all while wearing a 50 lb back pack and sometimes carrying additional materials/equipment. Still very tired from that, but planning to hit some bench/rows tonight anyway.
