WU: 5RFT: 5 HSKU's, 5 pull ups, 5 squats, 5 push ups, 5 jumping jacks TT=5'38" Strength: OHP 5x5@140# TT=6'01" Conditioning: 15' AMRAP of: 10 lateral jump burpees (over bar); 5 power cleans into push jerks@165#; 10 TTB; 100m run TR=3+10 burpees+5 PC/PJ Notes: Heavy stuff today. That metcon was tough, especially the PC/PJ combo. 165# was heavy by the second round.

Beast mode on the OHP and the metcon looks terrible. You sure do a lot of overhead work in your routines.
