WU/Strength: 54321 reps of: Pull-ups, push ups, squats, AMSU'S, push press@135,155, 175, 185, 210*(PR) TT=11'13" Conditioning: 21-15-9 HSKU's, GHDSU'S, push ups, double unders TT=8'51" Notes: happy with the new PP max. I made up that metcon and it was a good one. Held the HSKU's (free standing) for a two count. Hope you have had a great day!

Work has been nuts the last two days. No training going on.

Work has been nuts the last two days. No training going on. Thanks. I probably could have gotten 215, but was done after 210. I did a set of 5@195 as well.
