WU: 5RFT: 5 pull ups, 5 squats, 5 push ups, 5 AMSU'S, 5 OHP TT=6'17" Strength: find your 5RM for strict OHP 170#*** Conditioning: 14' AMRAP: 10 HSPU's, 12 TTB, 15 box jumps TR=6 Notes: pretty good day. Had fun with this today. The conditioning was not too bad. The TTB were the worst. I mean, right after HSPU's! My shoulders and arms were toast.

Rest Week Conditioning: Metcon Workout 17.1 For time: 10 Dumbbell Snatches 15 Burpee Box Jumps 20 Dumbbell Snatches 15 Burpee Box Jumps 30 Dumbbell Snatches 15 Burpee Box Jumps 40 Dumbbell Snatches 15 Burpee Box Jumps 50 Dumbbell Snatches 15 Burpee Box Jumps *40 lb Dumbbell, 20" Box Time: 22:30 Comments: Before: I've had this one stashed away for a while now. I sat on it because my lower back and posterior chain are usually still smoked from doing squats and deads the day before. Well, it's rest week soooo..... I did scale this one to just over the women's weight. I don't have a 50 lb dumbbell or I would've tried that. Scaled box jumps from 24" to 20" to take it easy on the knees and foot. Also, this is the first somewhat hot workout of the season at 86 degrees and humid. After: Well that just got exponentially worse... The first two rounds were easy. The third round is when things started to suck. The last two rounds were straight up hell and I really did just want to fall over when it was done. But that's what separates me from the crossfit people. It's just me here in my garage and I try not to fall down until I go into cardiac arrest. This is one of those metcons that sucks now but it will pay off next week when I'm loading the barbell back up and it's hot. There was also supposed to be a timecap of 20 minutes on this one and I had finished everything but the last 15 burpee box jumps. Needless to say those last 15 reps took a while. Have a great night!

I think that I have done this one before. I will have to check my records and see. Regardless, good effort on it.
