It's 5RM week at CFoF. The conditioning was rough by the last round. 225 for a 5RM is not too bad considering that I never do it. Hope you had a great day!

Yeah, I'd take that 5RM any day for never doing bench. Nice job on the metcon too. Great work on all of it.
