WU&Strength: 5RFT of: 5 pull ups, 5 air squats, 5 HSPU's, 5 AMSU'S, 5 back Squats@135, 185, 205, 255, 320(5RM) Conditioning: 2 hours of full speed soccer. Lots of sweat and fun. It was the last practice for both teams so it was two teams made up of parents, kids and siblings. Lots of fun, but lots of work.

No idea how you get that much weight for 5 reps. I'm sure the soccer game had to provide plenty of conditioning. Nice job!
