Was planning to workout this evening but as I mentioned, I've been up almost all night so I will take a rest day now. Something hit me like a ton of bricks last night at about midnight. I woke up with an accelerated heart rate, shortness of breath, etc. First time eating seafood in a while, so that may have been the culprit. Still made it to work an hour early and am just trying to get through the day. Hope yours is better than mine.

Actually, it was salmon, so that may not be considered seafood. Either way, I don't eat fish very often. It was also piled high with a pineapple salsa, another thing my stomach hasn't been tolerating well lately. Gotta love it...
