Comments: I was supposed to take a rest day, but unless I have something planned (or football is on, etc.) I start to get antsy. So I saw that a guy on another forum did the Level II version of this and decided to do the Level I. I wanted to do the Level II, but since it's a rest day I decided to just stick to the easier one. I did the rucking on the treadmill at a 2% Incline and watched about half of Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. Good stuff. That was a cool way to get some light cardio, burn over 500 calories, and continue the weight loss. Glad to get that one done and I'm looking forward to doing more of these workouts in the future. OK, time to fire up the grill. Hope you all are enjoying the weekend!
