WU: 5RFT: 5 pull ups, 5 air squats, 5 push ups, 5 AMSU'S, 5 OHS@45,65,85,105,125 TT=8'15" Strength: OHS 5x3@115,125,135,145,155 TT=7' Conditioning: 3RFT: 30 one arm DB snatch (alternating)@45#, 15 box step ups, 150 SUs TT=11'29" Notes: ugh! Welcome back to the reality of the WOD! The OHS wasn't too bad. I did have to wrap my knees because my right knee was hurting. Form was good. Nice and slow and deep. The metcon was tough. I was gassed by the last round. Lots of cardio in those movements. My neck feels fine (for now.) Going to hit the showers and get ready for dinner. Hope you had a great day!
