The burpees with a 25 lb Plate is a cool idea, and then go into OH Carry. I like it. Orthodontist? Man, I remember those days... Woke up at 4:00AM and drove 4 hours in the rain before working in the rain for the rest of the day. I did stop in at a Western Wear outlet in the middle of nowhere and bought my first cowboy hat. It wasn't quite what I was looking for, but for $20 it was a good find. Hope you have a good night!
