Today is my wife's birthday so I took the day off from training. Other than that I woke up with my left knee severely jacked up. It didn't hurt yesterday so I'm thinking I slept on it wrong??? That's a first. If I lift up my leg without tensing any of the muscles around it, it feels like it's going to come out of joint. Weird... Hopefully that will get better soon or it may be an extended vacation from training.

They split our boys up this time, but they still dominated. The wife had to tell me to shut up a few times because I was coaching from the stands. My 5YO was funny though, he was the only one who read my hand signals and facial expressions. This is the first time that I have been a spectator and not a coach.

Ha ha, that's funny about coaching from the stands. It's good that you're so passionate about it. Yeah, the knee still hurts. Not sure what the hell this is all about, but hopefully it goes away soon.
