The strength was fine, no issues. The conditioning was fine as well, I could have gone harder. Hope that the work day goes well for you.

Good sets on FS and the conditioning looks like one heck of a complex. 3 Rounds of that in 12 minutes is impressive.

It was a "rest day" here. It's been a while since I've worked at a somewhat challenging job site. And it was hot and humid today too. All I can say is that it was a humble reminder of how beneficial this type of training can be. I was almost sprinting up and down flights of stairs and barely breathing hard. Sometimes with my backpack and/or other equipment. Also, we had no lunch break today so the weight loss should be in full swing. We finished up at 3:00PM and I really wanted to hit the treadmill or do a metcon, but thought it was smarter to just rest as it has been a long stretch of training > physical labor.
