WU: 1600m run TT=7'32" Strength: Push Jerks 5x3@140,150,170,180,200 TT~9' Conditioning: FT: 40 S2OH (push press)@155# Everytime you take a break, do 8 burpee box jumps. TT:10'33" total burpees=64 Notes: the WU was the best part of the WOD. 200# is a new 3RM for PJ. The conditioning was bloody awful. My shoulders are BLASTED! I was going to swim some laps, not now! Gonna mow the grass before the rain comes back.

Congrats on the PJ PR! Solid numbers on those. That metcon looks really tough as well. S2OH at 155? Screw that! Better you than me man. I probably would have done 40x8 BBJ's...

This was a rest day for me. Worked 9 hours at the office trying to get everything done so I can go off the grid next week. Something tells me that is going to be tough though. My secretary said she wouldn't call me unless the building was burning down. I said don't bother calling, let the MF'er burn and pour some gas on the fire.
