Conditioning Distance Run, Outdoor, Paved and Trail
5.03 Miles, 45:40, 9:05 Pace, 690 Calories, 172 Feet Elevation Gain
Walked a mile with my daughter.

Comments: Still pretty beat from a long week, but wanted to burn off some of the crap I ate last night. 85 degrees and very humid for this one. Heat index is 92. Let's do it!
Run: That was it. The "Run of Reckoning." The first half wasn't that bad. The second half (all uphill) was terrible. I almost puked a couple of times during the last two miles. Oh well, got it done. Plus, I got home and got on the scale and weighed 179. Haven't seen anything in the 170's in about 5 years. That was pretty cool. Walked a mile or so with my daughter afterwards.
Bro Work: Basically 3 sets of every accessory lift I ever do. Not too bad. Just went slow and concentrated on having good form. Just working out for the sake of working out really. Most of these sets were about 1 minute apart. I finished in about 45 minutes.
Finished it all off with some yardio and that's a wrap folks! We leave tomorrow for the beach. Hoping to get some surfing in and probably a lot of 12 ounce curls. Other than that, I may do a run or something, but that should be it for training. My body and mind needs a break. My liver on the other hand is fairly rested. I'll try to check in here and there during the trip. Hope you all have a good week!
