WU: 5RFT- 5 pull ups, 5 air squats, 5 push ups, 5 AMSU'S, 5 OHS@45,65,85,105,125 TT~8' Strength: OHS 5x3@95,115,135,155,175 TT~6' Conditioning: For Time - 200 SUs then 5 RFT: 6 OHS@135# and 16 box step ups (24") TT=9'31" Notes: I was very sore due to the massage I got yesterday. This was a tough WOD. Feel good right now. Getting ready to go on our vacation tomorrow. Most of my workouts will be body weight and running. We'll be gone for about 3 weeks. Road trip!
