About halfway through this set of OH Press the other day (which was my third strength session in one workout), I noticed something. My triceps have gotten stronger. A LOT STRONGER. And in a short amount of time. Being the over-analytical nutcase good record keeper that I am, I've looked back and I attribute this increase in tricep strength to the use of rings when doing dips and push-ups. Of course, the program is going to naturally progress my strength, but I have to say that there is no coincidence that these sudden gains come a few weeks after the initial inclusion of ring dips and ring push-ups in my workouts. That being said, they cost $20. Get yourself a pair.
