Skipped gym and went home to take care of some things, but went outside and after a brief calisthenic WU I did discus drills for 45' using a 2 kilo practice disc. Made good progress. Hope everyone had a good day. Mine started terrible, but got better.

Ended up being a Rest Day here too. I did throw the football at work for about 30 minutes. Got home and my wife wanted to go for a walk before it got dark so I decided to rest and watch the baby while she went for a walk. I'll be back at it tomorrow.

Ended up being a Rest Day here too. I did throw the football at work for about 30 minutes. Got home and my wife wanted to go for a walk before it got dark so I decided to rest and watch the baby while she went for a walk. I'll be back at it tomorrow. Well, I have always been a throwing sport fan and was denied the chance in HS, so I just started doing it for the challenge of something new. It is a sport of strength and skill. Most WR holders are older athletes who have practiced their form. I know I am a Bruch fan, but he equaled the WR when he was 38.

I tried discus once or twice in track practice but didn't do very well.
