After it's back heals that is... Just did my weekly look at Main Site. At this point, I look at it once in a while almost solely for entertainment purposes. It's almost like reading the National Enquirer or something... Anyway, I like this from a few days ago: I need to start doing more stuff like that. That was, of course, after I saw this posted today (and one of the Master's Qualifying Workouts): Nothing like 45 reps of 225 lb DLs to hurt your back. You can't fix stupid...
