Looking like a Rest Day here. I got up from my desk last night and could barely put any weight on my right knee for a while (it did get better after a few hours, but it still hurts). I think it was those lateral jumps over the bar. That's the same reason I don't do double unders. My knees don't like it when I slam my feet into the ground. Guess that's part of the whole getting old process... Going to take today and tomorrow off, then hopefully I'll be ready for Squats on Monday. If not, I may rearrange my routine and do Rows or DLs/Press on Monday. Have a great day!

Sorry about your knee. Those explosive/plyo type moves make me hurt too. Enjoy the rest day. I'm sitting on the couch watching Army v Navy.

Today Warmup 3 rounds of 10 pullups 10 push-ups 10 squats 10 double Unders 10 super mana 10 sit-ups
Skill 3 rounds 95# x5 squat hang cleans 135# x3 hang cleans 185#x 3 clean
Main set Deadlifts 95#x10 135#x8 185#x8 225#x8 275#x5 310#x2
