Earlier, I was thinking about how much better I feel when I start the day off with some exercise. The problem that most of us have is that we "don't have time". Well, I thought of something that may solve that problem and also add some creativity and variety to our days. It's called "The Morning Hundred." Here is how it works:
Every morning, before you leave the house/hotel/etc., complete 100 Reps of ANYTHING for time.
You can divide it up, mix it up, etc. however you want. If you are on vacation or on a rest day, you could stretch for a few minutes. If you are feeling extra good and ran a mile or two, that counts. The idea is to get something in in the morning, every day. This can also be used to supplement your main workout. If you want to do your Core Work here, for example, go for it. Then you have less to do later. The idea for me is that I can do something in 2-5 minutes to get my heart beating and get me ready to go and feeling good for the day, and it doesn't take long at all. Anyway, this is my challenge for everyone who may read this. Post your results in the WOD Forum.

Ok, I will try it. I agree with you, if I get my heart beating, I do feel better. I'll give it a shot.
