Pretty good looking set. Pause after the fourth rep could've been a little longer. Guy was saying that I recovered faster with my hips than my lower back, which I agree with. I think that that is true of almost all of my heavy squats.
Another good looking set. I think the form on these was better than 5x230. They were much smoother.
Guy said that I took too long on my walk out on this set. I agree. It was just one of those sets where you never really feel like you're set up right (if that makes sense). Still, the form wasn't bad.
Overall, pretty good looking sets. Guy posted some good comments on youtube for these. My lower back was feeling pretty weak on these, so that probably didn't help with my slow back recovery. Oh well. We'll give it a shot again next week.
