Rest Day here. Knee is still hurting. Might try to ice it and do some stretching this afternoon. Will try to wrap it up tight and hopefully do Squats/Bench tomorrow. If it is hurting too much, I'll probably just rearrange my schedule for the week or possibly just skip Squats/Bench this week and be a week behind on that lift. Hope you all are having a good weekend.

Ended up doing some Recovery Work:
Quad Stretches: 5 Minutes Hamstring Stretches: 5 Minutes Groin Stretches: 2 Minutes Ice Knees: 20 Minutes
