I've been really lethargic lately. My workouts have been pretty tough, but I've dialed back the conditioning some on this cycle. It's like I'm really tired all day long. I have difficulty concentrating, I'm dizzy, etc. This week has been pretty rough with me not hitting my reps on OH Press and Deadlifts now (even though I should've taken today off and not done Deadlifts). Anyway, I got to wondering and checked back in my Workout Journal to this time last year and noticed the exact same thing. I was extremely tired with many of the same symptoms. The only constant I can find is the heat. And man, it has gotten hot quick here this year and it is very hot. As a matter of fact, it supposed to be 97-100+ degrees (and humid) every day as far as the forecast goes. The good news is, I guess I got used to it because my energy picked up after a couple of weeks. I may take next week off and then redo my program. I'm not going to be able to keep this pace up with this new job. I'll have to give it some thought.

Yeah, back off and give yourself a break. I start out of town vacation next week and will be off the grid for about two weeks. I'm actually looking forward to it and may just do some body weight stuff.
