Rows: Surprised with the results on those. Those last few reps had a lot of back in them though.
Previously, I got 8 Reps at 195 lbs.
One-Arm Barbell Rows: Never tried these. Not sure exactly what the weight is, but I'd imagine
it's somewhere around 70 lbs. It feels like about a 70 lb dumbbell and I'm estimating that I'm
lifting about 30 lbs of the bar plus a 45 lb plate.
Metcon: Honestly, that was probably one of the easier metcons I've done from Sealfit. Still, it
took 40 minutes and was pretty intense. That was a good one though. It was balanced. I didn't
really overdo it on any one thing. Bench Press and Dips were all unbroken. When I finished
all the windows in my garage door were fogged up.
