First of all, I thought that this was a strong set. This was actually my last set and it showed in the last two reps as I recovered more with my back. My back is still leaning over too much and you can see my elbows moving back with it. I need to work on this. The depth looked good to me. I didn't see any reps that I would consider questionable as far as depth goes. My stance was a little wider than in the past. I liked that as well, but would have to see how it felt with a heavier weight. I'm not sure if it would facilitate my knees moving inside on the way up. We'll see. Overall, this being the ugliest set in my workout, I'm pleased.

Your knees looked fine, I wouldn't be too worried about the knee flare. I find that the wider I go, the more I seem to activate my gluteus/name versus hips/quads.

I appreciate the feedback. I think that I tend to recover more with my back "squat morning" because I am trying not to move my knees forward during the lift. That, in turn, forces me to sit back into the squat and also to lean over. Perhaps flaring the knees out will help recruit the hips and glutes into the lift more. Right now, I'm just concentrating on trying to keep my back vertical and elbows forward during the lift. The beauty of what I'm doing right now is that I'll be at this weight for 5 or 6 weeks, so I'll have plenty of time to get used to it.
