I set all of my weights up last night to save time this morning and I needed my bumper plates so I just put my feet on the floor (you can't see that as its out of frame). Still, I got a pretty good arch though. The pauses could've been longer and I know I could've done it as this isn't a ton of weight. I was just in a hurry. Just being humble and admitting mistakes. Overall, not bad.

Form looks awesome, don't have to be so critical of yourself. My 175*12 today was sloppy at the end.

Thanks man. I always pursue perfection. I know I'll never reach it, but at least I'll end up much better than I would've been otherwise. There's nothing wrong with having the hobby of constantly getting better at things, as long as you can also be reasonably content with falling short again and again.
