So it is and sounds like a wrasslin' move, but the ones I'm talking about are an exercise I learned from some guy who said he learned them from a guy,etc. They are supposed to be good rehab for your knees and I can attest to their effectiveness. To start you get on knees with your torso erect, there should be a straight line from the back of your head to the back of your knees. There should be a 90° angle at your knees with the lower legs laying flat on the floor. Hands should be on your hips. Starting with either leg, you sweep your foot out and away from you and place your foot flat in front of you with a 90° angle at your knee, you then sweep it back to the starting position. Alternate this motion between both legs.
