Had to share this video of Guy killing it. He has been doing a lot of conditioning work lately and hasn't been lifting heavy that much. I love how he just casually decides to revisit Bench Press and does like 80 reps of close grip that are way above my 1RM. The rest of the workout was good too. Toward the end he started doing half curls with 25 lb dumbbells and I was about to say, "oh wow, some 25 lb dumbbell curls. Give me a break..." And then he ended up doing 21 reps straight. 7 bottom to mid, 7 mid to top and 7 full rep to end it out. Solid workout. He is looking ripped and definitely in much better shape. And how nice would it be to have all of that stuff in your yard?

Also, not half bad for a 60 year old.
