Work has been insane! Rested the stupid hernia and I said to my self today Let's test it
WU 3 rounds of 10 reps of each exercise: CF Push-ups Squats Double Unders Supermans Ab mat situps Spehar -Porchish 100 thrusters, 80# 100 kipping pull-ups 6.2 -mile (10k) run Partition any way Broke on 10 RFT 10 thrusters 80# 10 pullups 1,000M run Total time 69’02 All unbroken except last 2 rounds of pullups (6+4)x2
