Use only one Barbell and move it from station to station. Use 75% of your 1RM for Overhead Press as the weight. Complete the following for time: 10 SDHPs 10 Clean & Jerks 20 Snatch Pulls 20 A2G Squats 30 Rows 30 Close Grip Bench Press

I completed this with 125 lbs in 14:26 on 9/17/15.
