Very doable WOD, no matter the scaling.

Very doable WOD, no matter the scaling. True, although 84 total reps is a lot of 95 lb Power Cleans. Might try the December Challenge today. It's sunny and is supposed to get to around 55 degrees. Can't beat that.

Honestly, this would be a good one for an additional level of scaling. Just drop the set of 21 and you're at 63 Reps for those three exercises. Dropping 21 and 18 puts you at 45 Reps for each.

Can't beat that. I should've said very doable if time weren't a factor. I'm going to try the challenge tonight.

December Challenge complete! My "official" entry is posted there.
Conditioning: Run 3 Miles (Outdoor/Hills) Time: 25:11
Core: 50 Good Mornings, 75 lbs
Comments: Well, more or less accomplished my goal of 3 miles in 25 minutes. I guess it comes down to the accuracy of the app that I used. I'll call it 2.98 miles in 25 minutes for the contest. Definitely didn't prepare well for this one. I ate a bunch of food last night and had a few beers as well. Not a ton of beer, but more than usual. Oh well. It is what it is...
