Wanted to start a thread where we can write metcons. There is nothing worse than getting home from a long, stressful day and trying to think up a way to torture yourself. Well, this should allow us to head that off and just pick one on days like that. So there really are no rules here. Make anything as crazy or as tame as you want. Ready, set, GO!
