Ended up being another rest day for me. Only 4 hours of sleep last night and cold and rainy outside again. Abdominal Muscle is feeling much better. I plan to start a Deload Week ASAP to ease back into it and then start another mesocycle. At this point I've taken a week and a half off aside from a 3 mile run a few days ago. I hate being injured, but I know my body needed the rest. Tomorrow is a very busy day, but I'll try to start the Deload Week. If not tomorrow, then hopefully Thursday.

Prep 3* 30" passive hang,10m bear crawl, 10m reverse bear crawl, 30" handstand hold, 10 Spiderman's TT=8'50" Metcon 10' to finish 20 HSPU, 40 TtB,30 OH walking lunges finished with 18" to go. AMRAP in 12' of 10 burpees, 10 box jumps, 20 mtn climbers TR=3 $out 5' of yoga this is a scaled version of the Brand X method, I self scaled the metcon portion. It was tough and I am feeling it this evening. It was fun and I felt good though. Tomorrow another weight training session. Hope everybody had a good day. Have a lot going on it was very busy this afternoon not too much time to spend on the Internet.

It's funny for me with rest, I always feel bad physically and emotionally when on breaks. My wife is always like, "DO YOU NEED TO WORKOUT? IS SOMETHING WRONG?" I do like that work out. I like the brand x stuff so much better than the HQ WOD's. The old archived WOD's from before it got big and Dave Castro started programming made sense and were legit. Good luck on the deload.

I'd normally be like that, but I really needed this break. Yeah, the Brand X stuff is far more thought out than the Main Site. I'be looked at the old Wods a time or to on the main site and was surprised by the simplicity. As with most things, they took a good thing and took it too far.
