My name is Jason. I am a special ed teacher at an elementary school. I have a beautiful wife and three young boys. I have been involved in exercise since I was 14. I was blessed with a coach in my early years who told me the truth about athletics and how to get in shape. He stressed being agile, mobile, strong and well rounded. His leadership helped shape my life. I have experience in strength training, BB, CrossFit style training, yoga and endurance work. I raced bicycles for a number of years as well as mtn bikes, WW and sea kayaking. I have traveled the world and spent an endless winter snowboarding 9 months out of a year. I lived in Africa teaching English and spent a month in Patagonia. Cheers!
