Rest Day. Period.
Comments: Was going to do some Overhead Press and a run, but ended up bagging it. I logged almost 60 hours of work this week and the last two days were brutal. Plus I never got more than about 5-6 hours of sleep per night so I was pretty darned exhausted today. Going to get some more sleep tonight and then I'll figure out tomorrow's training. We're going out of town for Thanksgiving, so I will either take the week off or do a deload week of sorts. I'm sure my knee will appreciate the break. I have put in 5 pretty solid weeks now, so it is about time to dial it back. I'm scheduled to take nearly two weeks off at Christmas so I may be able to go heavy sometime in there. Have a good night!
