WOD: 1500m run TT=6'54" then 5RFT of: 2 HPC@135# 4 Pull-ups 6 dips 8 push ups 10 GHDSU'S TT=11'52" Notes: nice little work out session. Made that metcon up myself. I also moved an ~3000# of unsplit wood around and stacked it in preparation for the wood splitter I am going to rent. Hope you have a great day. War Eagle!

Good looking workout and nice job carrying all of the wood too. Hope Auburn fared well. I'm still resting as my daughter now has a 103 degree fever and we are all feeling like we are fighting what she has. Back to work tomorrow. Have a great day!
