And here we are. First day of December already. Time is moving way too quickly. Should have a fair amount of manual labor at work today and tomorrow, but will try to get bench in at some point. Hope you have a good day!

The conditioning was very hard and so were the deadlifts. Hope you had a great day!

Great job getting 6 rounds in in 13 minutes. It was a good day here. 11 hours of fairly hard work and no lunch. And when I say no lunch I mean no food and no break all day. 1.5 hours of driving each way as well. Oh well, burning off those Thanksgiving pounds. Tomorrow should be similar, but hopefully shorter. Planning to hit some bench and a run on Saturday at this point.
