4 mile run TT=29'13" Was going to workout as I was super busy Friday afternoon and evening. Our little town had a Christmas boat parade and dropped Santa off at the river walk. There was singing, food and general holiday merriment. We also hosted a bazaar at our church which is located in the same area. Saturday was busy as well but I managed to squeeze the run in before our much needed date night. Spent all day Sunday (after church) working on our computers and other devices. Back at it Monday!

That's a lightning fast pace! Great job! Sounds like a busy weekend. Did you say you guys were in Milton? I remember seeing the river area down there. We had the opposite going on. Daughter just got over being sick and my wife has been sick all weekend so we didn't do much.

Conditioning: Nope.
Comments: Spent the last three days working on a roof top, getting beat down by the cold wind. The last two days were 11 hour days with no lunch break. Everyone in my house is sick except for me, so I'm skipping the run today. Just a quick little Bench deload workout to get the blood flowing.
