The conditioning was very painful but, in a good way. Off to my school's Christmas party. Hope you are feeling better.

Nice job! Still don't know how you bust out all of those OHS. Solid reps/weights and then a very tough looking metcon. I'm doing OK. Blood work came back fine. I think I have a nasty stomach ulcer or something. It isn't pleasant. On a brighter note my knee is feeling a heck of a lot better.
