Conditioning: Polar Bear Run 5K, 25:20, 8:10 Pace, 427 Calories Comments: It was 34 degrees for this one. I'm not sure if that qualifes as a polar bear run. Maybe it needs to be below freezing, but that was close enough. Boy did that take some motivation to leave my cozy warm house and go out there and do that. Glad I got it done though. Worked in the cold all afternoon yesterday and was so stiff this morning when I got up that I could barely put my pants on. My daughter got a kick out of watching me foam roll my back though. Well, may rake some leaves, but that's about it for today. Have a good one!
