It was ugly but I locked it out. The conditioning was not too bad. Off to the store to run some errands.

Great job on the PR! That is a ton of weight on that lift. The metcon looked rough too. Two metcons actually. Both contained mucho suckage. Got some manual labor in at work today. Not too bad, but Wednesday and Thursday could be really bad so I decided to rest tonight. Might try to hit some OHP tomorrow morning before I head out of town. Otherwise I may try to do it in the hotel room or something.
