I have not been squatting like I should have. I could feel it. The 95# jumping squats were terrible... terrible. Hope you had a good day.

I don't think 95 lb jump squats would be easy for many people. Good job getting them done! After some heavy squats too. Crazy looking workout. Nice job! Down here in Charlotte on that crazy job. Just looking forward to getting this over with. Hopefully things go well. Took Monday and Tuesday off from training to conserve energy for two insanely long days down here. Probably won't need a metcon this week after this.
