I was going to train today, but may take the day off instead. I've been fighting a cold all week and would rather just take an extra rest day if that will help me fight it off.

My parents have a lemon tree and every November we have more lemons than we know what to do with. As a result, I eat a lemon a day and if I do catch a bug, it never gets real bad. I say all this to say: eat some lemons!
