WU/Strength: 543212345 rep ladder of Pull-ups in between squats 10@135, 8@185, 5@205, 4@225, 3@255, 2@275, 1@305, 1@310, 1@315, 1@320, 1@325 5@225, 5@225 TT~20' Conditioning: 2RFT: 400m run, 40 wall balls@20#, 20 TTB TT=9'57"(PR by 27") Notes: I used to love squats...Not so much now. Hurt my right knee doing front squats and could feel the strain by the last five sets. The conditioning was a killer in disguise. It doesn't look hard but that second round was terrible. Now I have to go move my mother in law into her apartment...Yay!

I can say that I feel your pain though. Hope that heals up soon. Yeah, the conditioning looked rough too. Nice job! And man, you did all that before helping someone move? I think there's a reason we get along so well. We share a love of suffering.

Conditioning: Distance Run, Outdoor, Paved and Trail 4.36 Miles, 39:12, 8:58 Pace, 598 Calories
Comments: I ran this one at Lake Johnson Park in Raleigh. I was getting bored with running the same old routes around here and plus there are a ton of people driving around like maniacs getting their last minute shopping in, so this one was nice to get off the roads and sidewalks and get out into the woods. Plus, that is the place where I proposed to my wife 8 years ago and I haven't been down that trail in a while. It was a good day for a run too, with temps in the mid 50's. I had a very full stomach at the start of it though so that took a few miles to get worked out. Almost puked a few times. That being said, I'm very happy with a sub 9 minute mile pace, especially on steep and sometimes rugged trails. My app said I only gained 100 feet of elevation, which is complete BS. Some of those hills are over 100 feet elevation gain per hill and there are several of them in that trail. I'm not sure how it calculates elevation gain, but my guess is it is pretty inacurate. Well, that may be it for me until after Christmas. Company is arriving tomorrow. Have a great night!

I did not choose to move my mother in law in, it was chosen for me.
